Lead Nurturing Webinar w/ Placester

Effective lead management in my opinion rests on one single purpose - to give the best experience to anyone that reaches out to you or your brokerage - whether someone is looking to rent, buy or sale a home.  That single goal - to give a good experience  - will dictate the very technology you utilize to communicate, and keep in touch with every single prospect, and also the very way you efficiently and effortlessly follow-up with them.  

Equally important to the pursuit of great experience is this:  Leads are people.  They don't like being treated as just a reference, or a number in a filing system.  As such, do not hesitate to shoot for real, meaningful and authentic interactions with every prospects.  Don't try to sell them at minute 1.  Get to know them - you won't regret it.
